November 20- Spotlight on Hassan Mraiche

Hassan (Sam) Mraiche is the President and chief Executive Officer at MHCare Medical. Owner and director of a petroleum company, Carver PA Corporation, and Owner and Director of Mraiche Holding Corporation.  The Lebanese Canadian Hassan Mariche, known as Sam, has his origins in Jeb Jenin in the Bekaa Valley. He immigrated to Edmonton Canada with his family when he was young and graduated with a degree in business administration.  Hassan has extensive experience in business management, which he gained from his company, Carver PA Corporation, in which he started as an ordinary employee and soon became its owner. He later founded another company MHCare Medical, right before the pandemic. MHCARE is one of the fastest-growing medical supply companies and it was at the forefront among the companies concerned with providing the PPE material, such as masks, medical gloves, and sterilizer.

During the Beirut Port explosion, Hassan Marish worked to launch a unique initiative that sent five planes to Lebanon loaded with food supplies, toys for children, medicines to treat cancer patients, clothes, sterilization tools, equipment for the fire brigade, and ambulances.

On January 31st, 2023, Sam Mraiche received the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for his humanitarian efforts. He is among 7,000 Albertans who had a significant impact in giving back to communities.
